If you are talking about your eyelids, i would reccommend using a shadow as a liner. I like MAC's shadow in black. I apply it with an angled brush and it doens't smear the entire day. I use Lorac for my inner bottom waterline. Lorac works great and doesn't get all over my face the whole day.
