When I have made a decision or have a strong opinion about something, then I know. Usually I go with my first instinct because it is usually right.

you'll know if you're sure about something if you dont have any doubts about it.. and your mind is really fixed on it! but if you have different feelings beside the feeling you're feeling then you are worried about some things and that you know you're not sure about the decision you made.. you know it when you're really sure! there's no more query in your mind..

ps
and it feels like that your heart and mind is one!!

There is a saying that goes ..."If it feels right do it!" It's your intuition letting you know it's the right thing to do or the right way to go. When in doubt...wait.

Sometimes you're not sure.
You just gotta go with your instinct, check your morals, do what you think is best, and run with it.
