what excercise that you can do at home can make your stomach smaller and you get the most out of?

I am a competition dancer so I know about stomache excersize! At dance we do 34 jumping jax & then 10 jumping jack kicks ((the kicks are head high!)) try doing as many crunches as you can and then do as many push ups as you can...that also helps tone your arms. & if you hold the push up position while bending your arms so your fore-arm is on the ground as long as you can that really helps a lot 2!! good luck!

you can do sit-ups (40) at lease 2 times a day.
