Nope. that storm will probably head out to sea and depleat due to the ocean being so cold.

No, no, no. That is almost impossible. The ocean flow prevent it happen.
The waters in Ensenada are cold and hurricane needs hot water to get stronger.

it just hit Cabo san lucas for tomorrow won't arrive upwards. It's hard to make a good guess.
