I would highly recommend Amazon.com. You can buy the book new or used.
There are a whole lot of used books available, for very low costs.
From a penny to under two dollars. They tell you the condition of the book, and you can read critics from people who have read the book.
I've bought about two dozen used books, and all have been in fabulous condition. And they usually arrive within a week or two.
I just ordered Clive Cussler's Black Wind, at a cost of 48cents plus shipping and handling, about four dollars.
I received it yesterday, a Hard Back Book, in almost mint condition.
So give them a try, judging by my experience, you won't be disappointed.
Just type the title, or author, and you will get a list of new and used sellers.

You can buy books just about anywhere that sales stuff on the internet. Good sites to look at are eBay and Amazon though.
If you dont find what you need there, do a search on books or buying books online and youll get some good results.

Try Clementi Bookstore at Clementi Town Centre. 5 min walk from Clementi MRT Station. Alternatively go to The Computer Bookstore at Funan Centre and also Sim Lim Square. You can also try NUS Co-Op Bookstore at LT27 National University of Singapore.

Any bookshop in Singapore will carry some guides on computers. Just go out and visit one to start browsing.

Unless you want to buy online.
