I am a consultant for the Pampered Chef, and I know that we have a health insurance plan that people can do. You can do it full-time, part-time, or even just seasonal if you want.

It's fun and flexible, has great income opportunity, fabulous products...and today and tomorrow, we have a signing bonus going on when you join. You can earn FREE forged cutlery valued at $145. This is in addition to the great kit we have...it's only $90 to start and the kit is worth over $350, well worth even just trying us out.

I love what I do, and I'd love to share it with you if it sounds like something you'd like to do.

I agree with those who stated that very few, if any, "office-setting" companies provide benefits for part-time workers. This isn't very economical for them. Instead, what you have to do is search the net for affordable individual health plans. My favorite provider is United Healthcare Choice Plus. I am with a group at work, but the coverage is amazing regardless if you're on a individual plan or in the group, depending on your state. Good luck!

One of the primary reasons for a company to hire part time workers is to save the expense of benefits.

Try contacting some temporary agencies and see if they know. And some temporary agencies offer benefits after you've worked a certain period of time.

Good luck!

most likely not. a very miniscule percentage of companies will but the vast majority of them will not. there view is if you're only here part of the time, why then should we give you full benefits?
