Desertion , grounds for an annulment in the Philippines. also Adultery...grounds for divorce in America, Be care full you are not convicted of Immigration fraud for bringing her to the USA. You might consider canceling all credit cards. Getting Medical help is very easy in the Philippines...not like the USA. You need to relax, look around..smell the roses. There are beautiful ones around you, some have thorns, find a balance and try to relax. Take a walk to Roxas Blvd at evening time, find a friend there to enjoy your life with. Its not the end, but a beginning for you. Look around!

It relies upon if she is paid month-to-month in arrears (ie being paid for September in October). whether that's obvious that the latest pay advice pertains to hours worked for the time of October while the pay fee greater beneficial, then an offence has been committed. in case you have any doubts, the imposing employer is the interior of sight Tax place of work and each and every time this happens (ie style of workers affected elevated by what share situations this occurred) is counted as a man or woman offence and the corporate can obtain an excellent for each offence and could be ordered to pay the arrears of earnings to the staff affected.

My condolences first of all. I would think since the crime was committed on foreign soil, the law of the country would be implemented rather than the U.S. laws. I think the crimes that you may charge her against would be, reckless endangerment, theft and when you file for divorce, you can claim adultery. But before anything can happen, she must be in the Philippines to be served with the charges.
Good luck!

Ask your lawyer. He should know. And since it's proven you are a citizen of the US, what else can the state department do for you? Milk your government for every penny, man! As for the wife, good uck in tracking her down. I'm sure once the proper charges have been filed, they can extradite her back to RP and face the charges.

Cut your loses man... give her the divorce, tell you history to the filipino newspapers in the US... and come back...
There are many good filipinas that would love to take care of you...and love you for what you are...

I would start with theft. Even if she is your wife, she has no right to take your passport without your permission. And thats a federal crime, too.
