The writing is on the walls so to speak. This so called Iraq war with honor is going to go down in shame just like the Vietnam war. Get ready for homeless war crazy veterans to be begging for food and living under bridges in the towns of America.

Lady or dude whatever you are. I wasn't a war crazy, homeless, begging for food living under a bridge veteran when I came back from Nam. We didn't lose the frigging war, the politicians did. If you are going to spout off about something, pick something you know at least a little about.
Shamus E-7 - U. S. Army Special Forces Group One, 7th Special Forces Group, Green Beret.

I think there is some exaggeration here! Yes it is a big shame but definitely not as bad as Vietnam. The veterans might be an issue but again not as bad. There is no agent orange, no napalm etc.
in this war. Economically speaking the veterans should be looked after by the government. The number is no where near of the number after Vietnam. 50.000 and more lost, allot of POW injured and crippled and hence vets were a whole lot more. Iraq is no way near bringing such a heavy toll. Loyd Johnson in 1969 was most likely going to be reelected but he never really wanted the war and resigned. Nixon was a Watergate scandal victim. Prior to all this Kennedy was shot and did not live to see or be part of the actual escalation of the Vietnam war. The Bush clan, father and son put together served twice, in total, for 8 years. I guess there is no real defeat under the light of the facts for the strong people. But if you meant that they will not be re-elected and that is defeat. Yes, I think you are right, Bush does not seem to have much of a chance.

If you feel that way why don't you move to Iran?
I happen to be a war supporter, a war veteran and a nurse that takes care of fellow war veterans. Personally I feel someone with your attitude about veterans doesn't deserve the freedoms my Brothers, Sisters and I fought for. Obviously though you must live in one of the countries we have been in or you would be down at the local soccer stadium getting stoned.
No, not the kind of stoned you got before your post either, but the biblical kind. You need to apologize and thank a Vet.
What have you done for your country?
Oh and your take on Vietnam Vets happens to be all wet. Sounds more like where all the doped up war protesters of the 60s ended up to me. By the way they all seem pretty ashamed these days as they should be.

Where have you and everyone else been it happened already in the first Gulf War. Does no one remember the Agent Orange/Gulf War Syndrome. My ex went to the last Gulf war and went totally crazy. War is always hell. But it helps when we are fighting an enemy not for a commodity. There was no (Hitler/ Servo ) genocide that started this war just a small bad of evil terrorist, and a bunch of undereducated innocent civilians.

If they lose, we all lose.
You have no idea what all will happen in the world if we lose in Iraq.
You foreigners just don't understand.
If we lose, you won't be so happy and gay. Unless you are one of those anti-war people who make millions protesting the war.

It's people like you who will lose the war if it is to be lost. Not the soldiers.
