A medical abortion can only realy be done up to 9 wks, then from 10wk-19wk it is surgical
You can have a medical termination from 10wk to 19wks but i would not recomend it it is not a nice way as you have to give birth.
Also if you are past 20 wks you can have what they call a 2 stage witch is sugical.
As with all operations there are risks and complications but they are minimal.
Most termination places will go through all the diffrent possiblities with you and give you help and councling.
If you defintaly want a termination do not let people sway you this if your body and your life.

Yes UK law would allow an abortion at 16 weeks. You would have to have a surgical abortion and you may need to go to a special center / hospital depending on facilities etc in your locality.
Take a look at the link below for some good information.

when u go to abort they normally do it at 9 wks (from exsperiance) as at 16 wks the baby will be fully formed i think you may have to give birth but yes you can still have it aborted as long as you have thought it through really well as i became very depressed myself afterwards there was a lot of regrets, good luck

It might be possible. However, it a very step you are considering.
You have a fully formed baby in your womb, since 10 weeks. It only neweds to grow until time to be born. The abortion would be hard on you, as well as killing the baby. You might even suffer mentally afterwards as well as having physical problems.

I think in UK, you can abort until 24 weeks (although that is very late, and ababy can survive at that point of gestation).

You should talk this over with your doctor or family planning clinic for the correct information to help you decide what you want to do

Depends where you live in the world. It is still ok in the UK, but do think long and hard about your reasons for doing it. xx
