A woman this age has probably already stopped her monthly cycle, which means she no longer produces any eggs that can be fertilized. The only way she could be pregnant would be through artificial insemination.

The historical women within the Bible who gave delivery (Abraham's spouse Sarah, and Elizabeth, mom of John the Baptist) had been the recipents of miracles--they'd stopped menstruating and it took divine intervention. So until you want to rely miracles, no--a woman at 70 has probably gone through menopause a very long time ago, and are not able to have a youngster. The chances are very slim that a woman this age could stlil be having her period, and even much less that she has practicable eggs.

I wouldn't recomend it but ya as long as she hasn't been threw menopause. It is possible for her to have a heathy baby, but I would think she would be on bed rest most of the time.

There is always hope. It could happen, but chances are you are too old! If you can afford it, a "young egg" would probably make all the difference. But still, I don't think so sorry!
