I asked a similar question....I've tried cocoa butter, olive oil, and vitamin e. I just dont stick to it. Lets both try to do it vigilantly for the next several months. Maybe we'll see some results(I pray to God) Its always hard undressing in front of people....and I dont have any kids.(rolling my eyes)

When I was pregnant I used cocoa butter to avoid stretch marks and it worked. I don't have a single one. It smells yummy too. I have heard that continuous use of cocoa butter on stretch marks can help them fade even after you've given birth. I used the Palmer's brand. It wouldn't hurt to try it and if it works you'd be saving yourself lots of money from surgery.

unfortunately, there is no way to get rid of stretch marks, but you can minimize their appearance. here are ways to help you in concealing your stretch marks:
1. if you plan to lose or gain weight, try not to lose or gain more than one pound a week, because rapid weight change is a big cause of stretch marks.
2. drink alot of water and make sure your body is always moisturized. i recommend Kheils or QV. (with SPF)
3. before going to bed, rub Retin-A (minimum percentage) on the effected area. (since Retin-A helps to renew your collagen) try it for 3 months, if there is no change stop using it.
4. if 3 does not work, try putting Glycolic Acid (8-15%) on effected area (every other day) - i recommend MD-Forte - if your skin gets red, stop using for few days or just get a lower percentage. (glycolic acid works as a peel)

good luck, I'm not a doctor (and dont forget your SPF)

to help with the stretch marks try coco butter it helps the skin recover, and if they are really bad then getting laser might be your only option. good luck..

they sell over-the-counter lotions... Just ask the pharmacist at walgreens or wherever. If not, they also have pills that you can get from a dermatologist

coconut oil and or cocoa butter, pure is best and at nutrition stores. YEP, use it like moisturizer and use it in the sun as long as you won't be out too long, it will burn if you sun too long.
there you go.
