Pretty much anyone will tell you ANYTHING will hurt the baby.
I really wouldn't worry about it as I highly doubt you will eat enough lemons in this lifetime to hurt your babe.
"Foods to steer clear of altogether during pregnancy include:
soft, unpasteurized cheeses (often advertised as "fresh") such as feta, goat, Brie, Camembert, blue-veined cheeses, and Mexican queso fresco
unpasteurized milk, juices, and apple cider
raw eggs or foods containing raw eggs, including mousse, tiramisu, raw cookie dough, eggnog, homemade ice cream, and Caesar dressing
raw or undercooked fish (sushi), shellfish, or meats
pâté and meat spreads
processed meats such as hot dogs and deli meats (these should be very well cooked before eating)
fish that may contain high levels of mercury (shark, swordfish, king mackerel, tilefish, and tuna steak). Limited amounts of canned, preferably light, tuna are OK."
There's some suggestions, but I'm sure and the kid will be great! Congrats on your new baby!!!

I've never heard it could affect the baby...I was living in Mexico the last 3 mos. I was pregnant and the local drink was sparkling water and fresh lemons...I drank it all the time, but had to stop because I was getting severe acid reflux. My son is now 8 1/2 mos.

I craved vinegar, lemon, sour anything. My daughter is 7 and still kicking. A funny little aside, she will only eat the Italian dressing I ate when I was pregnant with her and she loves fish ( I ate fish with lemon and vinegar on it). I have given her all the other dressings but that's the only one she will eat. I'm sure its just like anything else. Eat it in moderation and when it makes you nauseous stop eating it. oh and check with your doctor.

Never heard that directly. What my dr did tell me though is not to expect to be hydrated by lemonaid- since lemon juice is actually a diuretic. During pregnancy, it's very important to be hydrated. And even though lemonaid tastes so refreshing when it's hot, it's not very hydrating.

I don't think it can hurt your baby, but could easily cause heartburn or acid reflux due to the excess acid in your digestive tract.
