Does anyone know if Internet powered by Yahoo is available for Pay As You Go customers on three? I had been using internet with no problem on my Nec 616 before but since three introduced Internet powered by Yahoo, anytime I try to buy internet time by clicking on either 1-hour or 24-hour access, the next screen is " Wait whilst your billing is confirmed..." and this message stays on forever until I just cancel the operation.

I spoke with three customer services, they always tell me to reboot my phone (turn it off, remove the battery, put it back on, turn it on and try again) but no change at all.

Can anyone please enlighten me on this problem?

well it,s 3 network say no more, it is like banging your head up against a wall only slower, but keep on calling telling them that u have tried the battery taking out option tell them it not just you make and model phone that does this so does lg and nokia cos my kids have these and it the same for them maybe you could actually log on to yahoo help site on your computer to see if they have any tecnical answers to your prob but keep buggging 3

Well you are not wrong about what 3 tell you to do. Its the same excuse all the time but never gets any better. It wont be a fault with your phone dont let 3 tell you that. With what your describing its a problem with them recgonising how much money is in the pay as you go phone. As it result it will freeze. I would keep calling them until they listen or go into your local superdrug where 3 are based to provide help and supoort. If you need any more help let me know
