Firstly, give him a chance. Try and start over. If you still don't like him, take your mother out to eat or somewhere where HE IS NOT around her. Then you should have a "chat". I suggest doing this over dinner so her mind can focus entirley on you. Don't try doing this at the house, especially if he's ready to pop up any moment.
Please be sinceble. Be strait up, but beat around the bush a little bit. If he's a nice guy, you don't want to hurt your mother's feelings, so even though it may hurt, I'd suggest giving him a chance.

My guess is, your mom cares a lot more about you than she cares about her boyfriend. Just talk to her, and maybe explain why you don't like her boyfriend. Explain that you don't like the way he treats her, or you think he would be a bad father, or whatever you don't like about him. I'm sure your mom would be more than happy to listen to you. Just approach her maturely, and don't throw a temper tantrum. Prove to her that you are mature, and what you have to say deserves consideration.
Best of luck!

I guess it really depends how close you are with your mom. If you guys are really tight, I would just come right out and tell her. If the two of you aren't that close, then just hint around it. She should want to know how you feel about him.

Let's say your Mom's boyfriend is named Bob.
You, your Mom and Bob all need to get in the same room one night. Then, out of the clear, blue sky you say, "everybody in the room who thinks this relationship is a good thing, please stand up...........sit down, Bob."

Be honest with her...but she may ask for a reason why you don't like him. Just start it out with Mom can I talk to you...and just let it out nicely.

How, I don't know. When, well, tell her soon. The sooner the better. You don't want to give them a chance to start talking 'forever' or it will be harder for all three of you.

nice and easy, dont use bad words, that will only get her defensive and she may not understand you. use the correct words and be sure you and her are the only ones around, so you can talk your mind out
