I work in a pharmacy and I have to say the customers who bring in prescriptions for it DO come back for more so I guess it does work!

Cialis is effective. Be aware, however, that it can have side-effects, particularly if you are taking angina tablets or blood pressure tablets. See your doctor (or a pharmacist) for confirmation, and further advice.
Here, in the UK, it is a prescribable only drug, though, with the internet it can be bought from online pharmacies.
