I don't know, but I think there needs to be a greater civil involvement. They should issue key members of the community with MP5s - and the necessary training - with the ultimate goal of taking the little 's down when they ride past at 1.30 in the morning.

I'd volunteer, but only 'cos my RPG is out of ammo.
