That's a binomial. It means that the expression consists of two terms, in this case 6/m and 5. Bi means two.

A monomial has 1 term, and it doesn't matter whether it has 1 variable or more.
A binomial has 2 terms, regardless of the number of variables.
A polynomial has more than 2 terms. A binomial is also a polynomial.

monomial: 6/m
binomial: 6/m + 5 (term 1 = 6/m) (term 2 = + 5)
polynomial: 6/m + 5 + x (term 1 = 6/m) (term 2 = + 5)
(term 3 = + x)
another example of monomial: 3xyz (1 term, 3 variables)
another example of binomial: 6xyz + 4x
