if u really want to and if you realize that is important for you...what your waiting for...(just do it)....a real help could be also small things like....the face of the one u love to be the first thing u see in the morning.....a post-it with some motivating words....a smile....some real friends...a good music....maybe some time for yourself....in one word life motivates u.....and like a bonus..there were people less smart that had succes in life...im sure u can...

fear is the ultimate motivation. For instance lets say you have to write an essay in one night (because you blew it off for 2 weeks). You'll be super panicked because if you fail your parents will kill you so the fear of punishment/failure will enable you to stay up all night long and bang out a terrific essay.

i keep a list or picture of the end goal in sight..
ive just put 'the end' to a book i was slaving on for about 6 months now...and i could never seem to stick with it...until i did that...i keep a pic up of why i was doing it...and sure enough...it gave me renew ew passion..
and yes..i shall be writing again!

It comes within,most of the time it is something i am interested in.But not always. I is a inner strenght all of us have.

i think of the rewards, whether they are intrinsic or external. that keeps me motivated (sometimes :P )
