I've seen beautiful pillows, curtains and bed or couch spreads sewn fron lovely sari fabrics. You could make them, have them made, or sell or give away the fabric for others to make them. As the other person said, there is eBay, Yahoo auction site, Craigslist.com (barter section) and even your own local classifieds in the local paper.
George Washington's wife Martha used her worn out old silk dresses to upholster her fine dining room chair seats. How elegant sari fabric would be used in that manner, don't you think?

I am not Indian but I love the beauty of Sari fabrics. Maybe you could start a buisness making pillows and home accesories with the fabrics and sell them to boutiques. I know i would pay for a beautiful anything made from a Sari. I want one for myself but I would never get to wear it in public. I imagine the looks I would get from everyone including Indians.

Never just throw anything out, there will be some-one somewhere can use, in uk, we would try to make something from sari either a different outfit for self, or for a girl child, or use for curtains, table cloth, give to charity shop, give to local school or theatrical company.

Namaste!
Send them back to friends and families.
Where I live there are plenty of Indian stores. Ask if they'll let you put them on consignment.
Good luck
