I am 33 and have been smoking since age 11 by 15 I knew somthings was wrong. Since then it only got worse.........
REAL BAD...........

I am 30 and have been smoking since age 16.
I realized something was wrong when I began stealing cigarettes at the tobacconist.
I had no money but the addiction for sure!

not any more addicted to my smokes than i am to my gingerales or candybars. it's an indulgence not an addiction. i can live without them but would rather not. started smoking at 16 smoking on and off 30 years 3-10 ciggarettes a day

started @ 14 years jsut for fun and to be cool & to rebel on and off around 17 realised i was addicted now 32 i smoke 30 a day . mmmmm im smoking right now , with my coffee - disgusting filthy habit!

Many here will say that they are not but this is typical of people in denial about addictions. An addiction is something that you can't walk away from, that you can't go a day without.

started when i was 16 first i thought it gets me look so cool but when i was 18 i realized now i'm addicted and really makes me look so stupid but i couldn't do anything about that at the time...oh life...

21 when I started smoking, and a pack lasted me around 4 days, then in a couple months a pack lasted me 2 days..now it still averages around a pack a day. :|

when i got mad or had a problem the only thing i t hought about was to get a cig to relax myself. das when u kno ur addicted.
