What is your favorite color? I don't know. What is my favorite color? Let me tell you.
Green is my favorite color, for grass is green and trees are green.
Blue is my favorite color, for the sky is blue and the lake is blue.
Yellow is my favorite color, for the sun is yellow and today the sunlight is bright.
Red is my favorite color, for roses are red and tomatos are red and watermelon is red, and the blood of life is red.
White is my favorite color, for snow is white and clouds are white and mountain peaks are white.
Brown is my favorite color, for chocolate is brown, and my true love's eyes are brown and bright, her hair is brown and soft, and she envelops me in toasty warmth.
Black is my favorite color, for the night sky is black, and she once wore black velvet.
Orange is my favorite color, for the sweetest, juiciest fruit is the orange, and pumpkins are orange in the fall, and autumn leaves turn orange-- and gold and bronze and crimson.
Purple is my favorite color, for wonder and wisdom are purple.
Pink and tan are my favorite colors, for our babies were pink until they grew tan in the summer sun.
Pink and tan and brown and black are my favorite colors, for God made us all.
