Maybe have a special toy she only gets after her bath? Do you have a partner/spouse? Maybe they can try. A change of pace might help her. Just try to stay calm yourself.
Sorry, but I agree she will outgrow it. Doesn't help when you're in the thick of things, though, eh?
Edited to add: Just thought of this....Perhaps it would help her transition if you made a little ritual (like habit), sing a getting out of the tub song, have her fav. toy waiting, have a special snuggle rhyme while you dry her off and rub lotion on her, whatever you develop.

Divert her attention to something else she likes like a promise of a favorite cartoon on DVD or a favorite toy. You can also try the old Tom Sawyer painting the fence is fun trick. Get an exaggerated excited about something else not bath related and see if her interest is peaked. This works on my daughter.

you could always gradually decrease the temp of the tub until they decide its time to get out. Not anything cruel, but just uncomfortable enough that they want to get into pjs.
