if it is only text,

select the text and in the properties panel -> url link, just put

http://www.flashkit.com

if it is a button, select the button and

on (release) {
getURL("http://www.flashkit.com");
}
different options for where to load the link show below
getURL("http://www.flashkit.com", _self or _blank, _parent);
