No , it wasn't the waitress's fault.You should have asked for the manager and then have him taste the meal.Mistakes happen in the kitchen and I sure they would have taken care of you.At least give them a chance to redeem themselves.

No...it is not ther servers fault how your food tastes. But you should have told your server there was a problem and maybe he or she could have fixed your problem and then leave a even bigger tip.

if you're food was salty, you should have told your server and had them replace your food.
don't leave a smaller tip....it's up to the servier to make it up to you...your server didn't cook the meal.
