The arm, because at least I'd still have depth perception and maybe I could do three things at once instead of just two.
Having only one eye makes judging distances very difficult

Interesting question in adaptability. I think I would take the giant eyeball, but I want to know if it comes with clairvoyance or if it can see outside the normal human light spectrum range, first.
The arm would be handy, but what is the hand like, a claw or normal four fingers and a thumb? Opposing thumbs don't make sense if they're not in pairs.

Like!
I would prefer the eyeball, provided you don't take away the two I already have!!!
Like, I have to wear powerful specs( -4, -3) . A new eyeball will be nice to have.
Extra arm? WOuld cost a lot to have all the clothes custom made.

I'd go with the arm, because if I had the giant eyeball people would want to touch it and it'd get really irritated. Plus I'd need a big contact lens made for it. At least if people want to touch my arm, I could shake their hand or something.

I'll go with the third arm coming out of my chest. I deliver packages for a living...so an extra hand wouldn't hurt.

Ummm, neither lol. If i had to choose, I'd pick the arm in the middle of the chest and then have it removed LOL.

I'd much rather have the extra arm. Just think of all the extra stuff you'd be able to do! Of course clothes shopping would be a real hassle.
