The best way, is to brush as you normally would, swish a peroxide / hot water mixture around in your mouth for 30-45 seconds, and then re-brush with a baking soda/water paste. Be sure to rinse well, and DONT SWALLOW!

I think household stuff like preoxide and soda can really damage your teeth. Get some professional whitening products!
