Humor! You just have to find humor in the things that you hate the most about your job.... meanwhile the positive attitude you gain by finding the humor will give you a little push into finding that "perfect" job waiting out there for you.
Imagine... if you can work at the worst place just how well that prepares you for working at the best place!

Plan the way you will pass to a diverse place which you will like extra. by ability of being proactive you will locate it much less stressful to place up with what you hate because of the fact which you realize it won't final continuously. artwork extra helpful, quicker, smarter than absolutely everyone around you. at last somebody will observe and sell or pass you. Pay your dues first, then ask for what you want. Been there, executed that. it works yet you will possibly desire to be prepared to decide for it.

Do your best at your job and in the meantime if you really hate your job, start looking elsewhere you never know if you will find the right job for yourself. I hear ya, been disappointed with the company I work for, they totally screwed me over in the worst way. So much for climbing the staires of success. I had to swallow my pride and continue to work, bills must be paid, kids must be fed, so I stick with it till I find something better along the way. I know it is hard, but if I can do it, I bet you can too. Good luck.

Always keep in mind that job is temporary, and keep putting your resume out for other opportunites that you are interested in. It will make you feel much better that you are closer to leaving and getting a different job, especially when you start getting calls for interviews. Good luck!

If you are misreable about your job you have to take steps to move up or move out. Is this your career? What can you change about your job to make it better? If you are just working for a pay check and not getting any self worth out of it what other options do you have?
