You should be glad she's that open and honest with you!
I once had a wet dream about Link, And also one about Sora In Merman form (From Kingdom Hearts) But I'd never cheat on my husband with a Merman :) Be proud to have such a great wife, she's keeping it real!

Not if she's confident enought in you relationship that she can tell you about it. If you heard about it from someone else that she had told, I might be a little worried. It's just a dream though, you can't control your dreams.

not at all. Ask her what happened in that dream, and then turn it into reality. See if she'll have any more wet dreams about that guy again.

No. You can't control what you dream about.
The fact that she offered up this info freely, even though there was absolutely no chance of you finding out about it, means that she feels that she can be honest with you about anything.
Concerned?! Heck no, you should be grateful that she does feel that capable of telling you everything.
You got a keeper!

No you shouldnt be concerned. It's healthy to have dreams and fantasies. Don't you ever have them about other women? Harmless fun, especially if she's openly communicating with you about it.

No, dreams happen.
You can't really make your dreams be directed on one person your entire life.
I've had weird dreams where I orgasmed and they were about females and I am straight; so you see, nothing to be concerned about.
