DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!! And report it, I have been a victim of both and the most important thing is proof. It is againsty the law to have someone harrass and stock you. Take control and call the police.

Call 911 and report it and keep records to prove yourself... restraining order always helps. Hide a camera and get it on tape. There's allot of things you can do, and there's allot of help lines and groups you can also check into.
