Do all guys have this problem? It doesn't 'hurt' it is merely 'sensitive'. Can most guys still have their penis' touched and orally pleasured directly after sex or do all of us have this sensation to sort of not touch it?

I'm pretty sure that happens to all guys. I think it does that to prevent a guy from having sex too much in a row - part of the whole refractory time thing. Perhaps best not to tamper with nature's way of saying stop.
