im moving to a new apartment and i need furniture any good places in los angeles?

Well, cheap is cheap, so shop carefully!

I'd suggest going to Ikea to look for some functional yet affordable stuff.

Also, the LA area is home to some great flea markets on weekends. I've always been a visitor but I have seen some great stuff. Also, check garage sales.

I'd much rather buy older but worn quality furniture than the really flimsy stuff at cheap furniture stores. It's the stuff antiques are made of!

If you don't mind used, got to garage sales or do roadside rescue.

Try looking under used furniture in yellow pages or classified ads in newspapers.

Try the Salvation Army. They often have thrift stores in large cities.

Check on ikea.com and see if there is a store close to where you are at. It's a great store.
