How does someone know if there having a miscarriage? what are the symptoms?

A great deal of pain, cramping, spotting or sometimes if more advanced there could be lots of bleeding. Seek medical attention if you have any doubt at all this could be dangerous to your health.

bleeding, fainting, cramping that is severe or worse than a normal period, passing of blood clots. If you think you are having one see a doctor immediately. If you can't get to a doc hit an emergency room.
