NFC: Chicago.

The Bears return 22 starters from a team that went 11-5 last season. In addition, they have upgraded at quarterback (Grossman and Greise) and in their secondary (Manning Jr. from the Colts and Manning in the draft). The defense is the best in the NFL and they have depth at most key possistions as well. The Panthers, Giants and Seahawks all have a shot, but the Bears are the team to beat.

AFC: Cincinnati.

Had Palmer not gone down in the playoffs last season the Bengals may very well have represented the AFC in the Super Bowl. Palmer is now back and the team looks even better at this point than they did last season. Pittsburgh will still be in the hunt, and New England may too, but don't look for the Colts to do anything special this year. The loss of the Edge is a lot to overcome for a team that already has a lot of question marks on defense.

SUPER BOWL XLI: Chicago vs. Cincinnati

For Super Bowl XLI at Dolphin Stadium in Miami, I see the AFC Champions being the Cleveland Browns and the NFC Champions being the Detroit Lions and the Lions will win Super Bowl XLI and their first Super Bowl ever.
