I went to a Journey concert and they had a mouthpiece that they used actually it was when Eric Clapton was on and they used the mouthpiece that vibrated their words when they said were they were. They were playing at sandstone amphitheater at the time so they said Kansas City, but they could say California if they were in that area. I also heard that Tupac had a song with it repeating, also Phantom Planet, there are probably a few more.
