A person losses job after job ending up on unemployment over and over. It's found that the person is not doing anything wrong; the person just isn't fitting in.

How would you solve this situation.

huh? Yes, my dad is having some trouble. It's not his fault. Well unfortunately now most have 6 job changes in their life, none are forever, My dad is very close to that number. Fired after 15 years, quit, quit? he hasn't quit yet but awfully close.

Part of doing th e"right thing" as an employee is to "fit in."

If the employee doesn't fit in then they are working in the wrong place.
