Try making sure that the keypad is not locked (the teeny weeny button on top) and press and hold the menu for 5 secs...

Try charging it; if not go to your local Apple store in a nearby mall.
Is the lock on or off?

dude, have you tried charging it?
sorry if thats a dumb thing to say, but its the most obvious
like check the connection with the charger or something,
if thats not the problem then im really sorry, i cant help, im kind of dumb

if its frozen it happens to me all the time just plug it in then when the battery totally runs out it will start charging

just leave it for a while and see wat happens, the same thing happened to my sisters, and she just left it 4 a few days and then it worked again
