I've been having problems with my network card and internet in general. I can connect to Mozilla Firefox no problem, but no other connections work including iTunes, Internet Explorer, or Real Player. How would I make things right? Is there a configuration problem? Or could I just reset it to factory settings?

yeah this can be caused by firewall, if u use any port forwarding on the router, best idea is to reset the router back to default settings trying again if that doesnt work temp disable your firewall and try again

Sound like a Porting Issue and if you have been tweaking things then you have closed a port so that items now don't have access. Reset the router, and if you must tweak it, do it slowly, one or two items at a time, so that you can track the results. Also write down what you change so you can fix it if it messes with your iTunes and Ie settings, you can also go to their websites and look up the ports they need to use.
