I don't think any of those answers are honest at all. Most women will use a man if he lets on that can buy gifts and dinner ect...without have to emotionally invest anything into him. If you want to find out don't buy dinner or anything unless they offer to help pay. If she sticks around...possible keeper!

I am really sorry that you guys have been mistreated by women so badly. Whoever these women were, they stuck it to you bad cause you are very opinionated about women and think that all women are like this.
I do not participate in male bashing and I do not associate with women who act that way.
I have my own horrible experiences with men, but I do not hold it against the whole male population. I judge everyone on an individual basis....
I hope in time that you will find women that deserve you and make you feel complete.
There are jerks out there that come in all shapes and sizes, male and female, scented and unscented.

Women are more forward and materialistc than ever in the United States. Bitchy is probably the proper word. No manners. Treating their husband like that chump on King of Queens. The media (commercials, TV, movies, etc.) has been glorifying that type of behavior for about 20 years now. Making the guy look like a chump. Demasculating him. So if these women say they are not materialistic, I probably wouldn't believe it.

ok, this is tricky...
the women that are like that think that they deserve it, i can't stand that type of girl, but for example my wife is totally independent...
I hate to tell you this but you have to judge each woman separately, it's not a black and white issue, some are very materialistic and some are the opposite, but there is all the rest of the women who are in between the 2 extremes..
In the past I have actually started dating women with the premise that i make a mediocre living, so that i know they aren't dating me becuase i have money, go 1/2 on dinner, get her to pay for the popcorn if you buy the tix, that kind of thing...
also women who are out for money, get more greedy over time, becuase they aren't in it for love... and unless thay are really good and generous in the sack, i'd dump em before the first date is over..
