Why do guys love it when thier girl is on top of them during sex? I mean my BF loves it when im on top but i feel like he can just see every imperfection or jiggle (im not fat but i have some meat on me i weigh 130). So why does it drive you so crazy??

Everything you have is right in front of them. They can see your face and judge their performance, your boobs are right there near their mouth or hands. Don't be concerned about imperfections or jiggles he knew that before you took your clothes off.
