I think you mean capacity (the amount that the freezer can hold, or the inside volume). Use the volume formulas.

Given dimensions,

22 in x 51 in x 15in

Conversion to feet,

22/12 ft x 51/12 ft x 15/12 ft

Volume in cubic feet,

(22/12) x (51/12) x (15/12)

= 9.7395833 cubit feet.

(22/12) * (51/12) * (15/12)

(11/6) * (17/4) * (5/4)

(935/96)

9.739583333333333 or about 9.74 ft^3
