Implantation bleeding does not occur with all women during pregnancy. Implantation bleeding occurs 6 to 12 days after conception because it takes 6 to 12 days for the fertilized egg to travel from the fallopian tube to the uterus to attach itself to the lining and begin to develop. If you ovulated on the 21st and you conceived then if you do have implantation bleeding it could have occurred anytime from the 27th through the 2nd of September or even a little bit after that. It all depends on your body and the development of the pregnancy.
Do not confuse implantation bleeding with a period. Implantation bleeding should be light and either a brownish color or a light pink color. If you have any further questions you should consult a doctor.

No, Implantation bleeding does not happen all the time. I did not have any bleeding at all, only minor cramping. It takes from 6 to 8 days for your baby to implant, and if you experience any implantation bleeding it will only last for a couple of days and it will not be much at all, only very very light spotting. If you ovulated on the 21st then count up to 8 days for implantation.

I've heard it doesn't always happen. With my first pregnancy I got one faint spot. If I wasn't looking for it, I probably would've missed it. Sorry, I can't remember what day in my cycle that one happened though. The second time I had two days of a light bleeding on days 19 & 20, which was 5 days after I ovulated. So, not only is everyone different, but so is each pregnancy. I would look for other signs, like tender nipples or breasts, being tired, etc... Good luck!

For time frame and signs. Some women go through conception without a hint whisper of it happening and some women have all the signs or little signs (cramping, spotting, etc)

This happened to my girlfriend and she didn't know she was pregnant until she was in her 4Th month. Sometime this just happens naturally and sometimes this happens because of birth control.
I would differently be calling your Dr. about this. He knows your history and my want to see you just to make sure things are OK.
