No, but the difference won't be arithmetic. That is 3 people shouting won't be 3 times louder, but only slightly louder....

it would depend , but generally yes, but it wouldn't be 3 times as loud tho

if the 3 people shouted at the same pitch and frequency, and the peaks and troths of the sound wave, matched up then the sound would be louder

but if the peak on troths don't line up then the first two people would cancel each other out, and then the 3rd person would be the only audible person and thus be at the same volume as the single person. this is very unlikely to happen tho

No, not the same loudness, if we assume that all people shout at exactly the same loudness.
Two people shouting would increase the loudness by 3 decibels.
And 3 people together would be 4.8 dB louder than any one.

No. I see why you would think that, but because of the different pitches, loudnesses and strengths at which people shout, the sounds combine and reach a higher level than if one person shouts.

I understand this stuff, yet being a fan is transcendental. as well I figure that if a sensible guy like Mordechi Richler will be Habs fan, then being a Habs fan is adequate for me. as a remember of truth there became a time formerly the draft even as NHL communities had close by recruiting territories. I even ought to believe the above in that it may be absurd if say, Coldplay could not do a North American excursion because hey-human beings could in ordinary words ever attend stay shows featuring community acts.

yes
Loudness depends on how loud you shout, not on the number of people shouting.
Its like playing the same music at the same volume at the same time (going hand in hand). Loudness remains the same but the voice is doubled because it is conveyed from two speakers.
