well...first off, there is more water outside the body, so the skin cells will take up the water from the outside, and become fat. So I think you'll look a little swollen, because ur skin cells have taken up more water. But I think the cells will evertually reach an osmotic equilibrium with the environment outside.
And I think the dead cells that protect your real skin cells will all fall off...I don't know what'll happen to you if that happens.

You know, there is this excellent novel about a WWII warship that sank in the Pacific, I read it a few years back. It's by a very famous American author, who was in WWII himself. In this book he describes what happens to your body, your skin, your organs and your brain when you drift around in salt water for days, weeks. Can't remember its title though, sorry.

It would probably get used to it, but I'd assume it would be wrinkly. You should ask a marine biologist or someone who is in the water a lot for their job or a hobby.

Look at what happened to David Blaine.., his escape from that water tank.
He was only submerged for a few days too.Imagine a longer period of time..?
