HAHAHA. I have got to laugh when I think about this. I am now 37 and have lost a little of that quickness with pick up lines, but when I was 18-19 I used this real KORNY, but it always seemed to work. I woudl go up to a girl and tell her that she had the most beautiful lips. When she smiled at the compliment, I would then say "You would make my night if I could kiss them" and then I would go in for the "kill". ALWAYS worked! Must have been that I was real cute and in great shape. Maybe now I would get a BIG laugh with the same line. I think I'll go out and try it. HAHAHAHA.

Kind of opposite, but it worked on us...a friend & I got picked up on the Serpentine Wall in Cincinnati by two guys in a boat when we were 18. We were downtown enjoying the river & working on a tan, when these guys pulled up & one said "Where have you been all day?" causally. It took a while till we figured out they were talking to us. He then said "We have been waiting for two pretty girls to take out boating all day!" What a line - but it worked! My friend talked a very unsure me into getting on the boat with them. We spent about an hour cruising the Ohio River, then they dropped us off. My friend gave them a fake number (she always did that) & we went home. Not the smartest, safest thing I ever did, but I lived to tell - and it was fun!

You'd have to have a cool boat to make it work, though ; )
