Meditate, relax, listen to Pigs (Three Different Ones) on Pink Floyd's Animals album, think of what you'll have for dinner, plan a great labor day weekend, call an old relative, formulate and execute a harmless practical joke on a co worker.

Log out, shut off the computer, lock your door as you leave and go out for a walk! Being on line is helping to create a whole society of fat people with great keyboarding skills. Go out and play!
If you need more inspiration:
Go buy some flowers and give them to people on the street who would appreciate the offering. See how many old ladies you can help across a street. Offer to walk a neighbor's dog. Go talk to the elderly neighbor, they really appreciate the company. Bake an apple pie. Learn another language. Call a family member that irritates you and be tolerant. Make sure your birthday and anniversary list is updated.
Or there's the favorite Feng Shui/psychology: clean out two drawers and call me in the morning.

Ask some inflammatory questions. Try to structure them so it doesn't appear as if you're insulting anyone, even though you actually are.
For a refreshing change, make your topic something OTHER than religion, however.
Or answer questions applying the principles of the phrase Job's Comforter. My word of the day!
