Man it seems there a lot of those "bosses" out there and they are very childish. he seems to be taking it way way to personal. I would approach him in a mature way and ask if he has a problem with you. If he reacts childish, you can always walk away and just keep doing your job the best you can, but if it gets to the point where it is a little too much, go above him and report it. You did what you had too and that takes guts and confidence. Stick to it girl! Your work takes most of your time, so make sure it is an environment you want to be in!

Only you will know the answer to this, but it causes me to wonder (at least a little) that when you went over his head and ended up with a raise, how careful and diplomatic was that accomplished? If there was any part of that over-the-head contact that one could say also included a feeling, a look, or words that expressed your discontent with your boss...or a conveyance of disrespect (even if you don't like him) then, what you are receiving right now, even though you might argue it isn't right and it's not nice, it can also be predicted. Your boss, no matter how bad he is, unskilled he is, unmanagement-like he is, does not look at himself that way, and when a subordinate torpedoes this person, the reaction will probably be very similar as it would be with you, if the roles were reversed. Just human nature. You are both now destined to work together in a close environment, sharing stress and discontent, until someone can't take it anymore and leaves.

Talk with your boss. Tell him you've noticed a change in his behavior toward you since you went to management to get the raise you'd been promised. Explain that it was not a personal issue--just a business matter. Ask what you can do to get back to the professional working relationship you had before this happened. See if this diffuses his rude behavior before you determine what to do next.
Then, start keeping records of everything he says and does that seem in appropriate. You may need records if he tries to accuse you of things you didn't do or if he begins to build a case to fire you. Keep a copy of these records in a safe place away from your work location. Good for you for getting what you deserved! Now you've got to start protecting yourself.

It is not healthy to live with conflict in the workplace....the longer this goes on, the more harmful it will be for the both of you. If he has a boss I suggest you talk to him/her. Just try to do your work to your best potential so that he can no longer point out errors and start looking for alternate positions (even within the same company) at the same time.

You have two options here, one is to go over his head again, although if you did, you may end up looking more like a crybaby to the higher ups. The other would be to start looking for a new job, and explain to your boss and the higher ups as to why you are. If you are worth it, they will want to keep you and who knows, make you a good offer.
Aside from all that, your boss does not have to be nice to you, it does show his lack of professionalism, and immaturity. Maybe you should post a link to this question in an email to everyone at your work, including him. Just be sure to leave out his higher ups... lol...

Keep acting professional.
People will notice his behavior as compared to yours, and it won't look good for him.
