Ok, before I got pregnant I had 150 Ibs (yes, I was too fat), when I was in my ninth month I only had 130 Ibs. I lost weight in during my pregnancy (drastically) and at the end my stomach was as small as if I would have been only 5 or 6 months pregnant. My son is perfectly fine but if you have worries consult your doctor and get clarity. I actually kept off all of the weight since then.

Don't do housekeeping--too many chemicals. Not a lot of places will hire a pregnant lady anyway, because you'll have to take maternity leave soon, and they'll have to train another person to do your job until you come back.

Personally I would try to get into daycare rather than babysitting because the babysitting might require a lot of lifting of the other child and that might be bad for you. Housecleaning has too many chemicals and might be detrimental to your baby.

I do lia sophia jewelry and I love it. It's a home party plan with one of the premier fashion jewelry companies. There are no heavy/bulky items to carry, no inventory, no deliveries and you make money, have fun, earn trips, rewards, incentives, etc. And best of all you work around your schedule. Our parties are fun because what woman doesn't love jewelry and they get to see it, feel, try it on, etc and our monthly specials are fantastic. And our jewelry is guaranteed for life. If this sounds like something you may be interested in, please check out my site and then contact me with any questions you may have.
