Ok, before I got pregnant I had 150 Ibs (yes, I was too fat), when I was in my ninth month I only had 130 Ibs. I lost weight in during my pregnancy (drastically) and at the end my stomach was as small as if I would have been only 5 or 6 months pregnant. My son is perfectly fine but if you have worries consult your doctor and get clarity. I actually kept off all of the weight since then.

Don't do housekeeping--too many chemicals. Not a lot of places will hire a pregnant lady anyway, because you'll have to take maternity leave soon, and they'll have to train another person to do your job until you come back.

Personally I would try to get into daycare rather than babysitting because the babysitting might require a lot of lifting of the other child and that might be bad for you. Housecleaning has too many chemicals and might be detrimental to your baby.
