Band-Aid and Curad both make scar-flattening bandage products. They were originally created to prevent keloid formation, but have since been found to reduce existing keloid scars.
They should be in the bandage section of any local first-aid aisle of most grocery or pharmacy stores.

Hey! I had a keloid from a nose piercing an my piercer told me to crush regular plain old aspirin and mix w/a little water to make a paste. put it on the keloid and it dries it out in a couple days. Also keep soaking cotton balls in water as hot as you can stand it and that'll help to. Mine was gone in a couple days. I know. It's a pain!
