what do you mean by: "really work?"

Your body requires vitamins and minerals - anything else is extra, it may work, it may be harmful.

Some products that do appear to live up to the claims (according to some clinical studies) are:

ecinacia
creatine
whey protein

a few things that absolutely do not provide the advertised benifits are:

NO2 supplements
most 'fat burners"

Evening Primrose Oil is v.good for PMT including tender breast, for the skin, arthritus, it really works and comes in tablets.

try evening primrose oil tablets from a health food shop that will help you out i take them so i know you take them with a meal ie three times a day between one tablet or two or three depending how your feeling
