Poor blood circulation?

Have you been lifting alot? When my pectorals get overused my hands usually start going numb.
Do this stretch in the doorway:
Bend your arms at the elbow with your hands to the ceiling and your upper arms parallel to the floor. Place your elbows against the door jamb and lean forward to stretch the pec muscles.
Then extend your arm in front of you and grab your fingertips and stretch them down and then bend your hand backwards to stretch too.

There are a couple reasons:
1. poor blood circulation
2. they are very cold

This is all I can think of.

it could be many things. same repeated positioning, over use, carpal tunnel or a pinched nerve in your spine. get a check up and go from there.
